As a director of this company, I feel extremely proud to say that MedTec has been providing the Island, mainland, and in fact companies around the world, with engineering solutions for almost 40 years. Formed in 1981 by my father-in-law John Durrell, MedTec has always been a family-run business with all the previous directors bringing their sons into the company, some of whom have been with the company for over 20 years!
Whilst MedTec has seen many changes over the past four decades, one thing has always stayed the same – our passion for keeping work on the Island. We have employed hundreds of members of staff, many of whom have launched successful careers within the engineering design sector; the foundations for these skills being formed during their time at the company.
Our experienced design community has worked on numerous engineering and design projects across multiple sectors using the latest technologies and state-of-the-art software packages – supporting our clients at any and all stages of the design process by offering turnkey solutions from concept to creation. We pride ourselves in offering a second-to-none service and the amount of repeat business we receive is a testament to this!
